The SMA fee covers the maintenance of all private roads/alleys, common areas, private community trails, gate house, community entrance monuments, and public road landscaping/lighting throughout the Solenté community.

Yes, all residents in La Parea are provided membership to the La Parea Club.
La Parea Club dues are $1,000 per quarter plus a $300 per quarter minimum food and beverage minimum spend. These club dues are paid quarterly.
The initiation fee is included in the lot purchase for original lot owner. For each subsequent owner, there’s a one-time initiation fee of $5,500 paid at closing.
Club dues provide gated access to the La Parea neighborhood, exclusive access to the La Parea Concierge Outfitter, trailhead, equipment, dining lounge, pool, courts, and other amenities, guest access privileges at the La Parea Club, as well as use of facilities for special events (additional fees may apply).
La Parea dues and fees will begin being collected when the La Parea Club opens and is available for resident member use (anticipated Fall 2026).
