The Grapevine Trailhead is Officially Open!
We’re happy to announce that the Grapevine Trailhead officially opened in October. This new access point to the stunning Washington City trails around Solenté was celebrated with a ribbon-cutting ceremony and hike led by Mayor Staheli. The trailhead provides residents and visitors with an easy entry to explore the natural beauty surrounding our community, equestrian trails, bathroom facilities, and more. Whether you’re an avid hiker or just looking for a peaceful walk, the Grapevine Trailhead is the perfect starting point.
Sales Center Nears Completion
The Solenté Sales Center is rapidly approaching its final stages of construction and is set to open soon. This stunning facility will serve as the hub for future homeowners and visitors to learn more about the diverse home/lot options and lifestyle Solenté offers. The sales team is putting the finishing touches on the interior, and we can’t wait to welcome you inside to explore all that Solenté has to offer.
