If you’ve started exploring Solenté, you’ve likely come across a few different names: La Parea, Altimera, the La Parea Club, High Street. It’s a common question, and an important one to answer clearly: What’s the difference, and how does it all connect?

Solenté is the master-planned community. La Parea and Altimera are distinct villages within the overall community plan.

What Solenté Is

Solenté is a 570-acre master-planned community in Washington, Utah, set in the red-rock foothills just north of Exit 13 off I-15. Designed as a 15- to 20-year vision, it will eventually be home to a thoughtfully balanced mix of residences, amenities, and gathering places, all shaped to work in harmony with the high-desert landscape.

The name itself reflects the intent: Sol, meaning sun and light, and Enté, a state of being and endless possibilities. Solenté was created to bring together everything the land offers, nature, recreation, sustainability, and connection, and elevate it into a refined experience of living.

Solenté as a whole is a mixed-access community. Some villages are gated and private, while others remain open. This balance is intentional. It allows Solenté to offer different levels of privacy and lifestyle within one cohesive master plan, so buyers can choose the setting that fits them best.

La Parea: The Gated Village at the Heart of Solenté

La Parea is Solenté’s elevated gated village, and as the first phase of the project, it’s where much of the community’s early energy is focused right now. Entry to La Parea is controlled through a manned gatehouse, creating a quiet, secure environment with the privacy and peace of mind that gated living provides.

What truly sets La Parea apart is the La Parea Club, an exclusive, resort-style amenity reserved for the village’s residents. Where many private clubs open their doors to a thousand members or more, La Parea is exclusive to the 330 households within it, creating a far more intimate and personal experience.

Altimera: A Luxury Mixed-Product Neighborhood

Altimera is another distinct village within Solenté, envisioned as a walkable neighborhood where homes, parks, and gathering spaces are thoughtfully connected. A curated mix of single-family homes, townhomes, and condominiums creates a vibrant streetscape, while pocket parks and amenities are woven throughout the community so green space and opportunities to connect are always just steps from your door.

At the northern end of Altimera, High Street will serve as Solenté’s commercial center, bringing together dining, shopping, services, and gathering spaces in one walkable destination. More than just a commercial district, High Street is envisioned as a place where residents can meet friends, enjoy local businesses, and experience the convenience of having everyday amenities woven into the fabric of the community.

Looking Ahead: The Rest of the Vision

La Parea and Altimera are just the beginning. Over the life of the master plan, Solenté is envisioned to include a broader range of residences and experiences, from additional single-family neighborhoods to townhomes, condominiums, resort villas, casitas, and designated areas for other uses, along with a commercial component to support everyday shopping and dining, and plans for a luxury hotel.

This phased, intentional approach is what makes a master-planned community so valuable. Growth is guided by a long-term vision and consistent design standards, which help preserve the integrity, beauty, and long-term value of the entire community as it matures.
