The renderings of the La Parea Club have been stunning since day one, but there is something else about seeing it come to life in person.

Construction is actively underway on the La Parea Club, and for anyone following the progress of this community in Washington, Utah, the site is changing every single week. Here’s a look at what’s happening on the ground.

The La Parea Club has reached its next milestone: the full scale of the building is vertical. What started as a set of renderings and a foundation in the red rock has become a structure you can walk through and start to feel the scale of the restaurant, the rhythm of the arches, the shape of the pool deck taking form against the desert.

Here’s what’s new on the ground.

Two Floors, One Experience

The club’s top floor is now fully framed and roofed, and it’s easy to see how it will live day to day. This level houses the kitchen, bar, and restaurant, along with indoor and outdoor seating designed to take full advantage of the surrounding views.

Below, within the club’s signature arches, the lower level is where wellness and recreation come together. This floor will house a golf simulator, a gym and cardio room, a yoga studio, a cold plunge and sauna finished with a Himalayan salt wall, and separate men’s and women’s locker rooms. The gym and cardio room will have its own separate entrance with 24-hour access, so a workout doesn’t have to wait on the club’s hours.

The Pool Deck Comes Into View

Off the back of the club, framing has begun on the cabanas that will line the pool deck, positioned to overlook the red rock cathedral and the future home of The Wedge golf park. The resort pool and lap pool have both been excavated and are steadily taking shape.

The La Parea Club

For those newer to the project, here’s a quick reminder of what all this concrete, wood, and steel is becoming: The La Parea Club is a private, resort-style amenity reserved for the 330 households within the gated La Parea village. Planned features include a resort pool and hot tub with lounging terraces, a fitness center, cold plunge, sauna, social lounges, a restaurant and bar, and an expansive event lawn. Adjacent to the La Parea Club will be The Wedge, a signature six-hole par-three golf park woven into the natural desert terrain.
